Welcome to The Care Hub, your centre for care in Kingsbridge
Kingsbridge Care Hub is the new name of the home of Kingsbridge Age Concern, a small but highly-regarded, independent charity which has been dedicated to improving the lives of older people in the community since 1981.
Our friendly and experienced team of staff and volunteers understand the unique challenges and opportunities of ageing and are committed to providing compassionate care, support, and empowerment to anyone over 55.
We believe that every older person deserves to live with dignity, respect, and joy, and all of us here at The Care Hub work tirelessly to achieve that goal.
For the avoidance of doubt, we are Kingsbridge Age Concern ( charity number 283954) at Kingsbridge Care Hub & NOT connected with Age UK.
We are supporting Save Woodcot in Salcombe campaign.

Our Services
Advice
Our welfare and advice centre is open 5-days a week, offering help and support with a range of benefit applications, including pension credit, attendance allowance and blue badge applications.
Community Groups
Whether you like gardening, quilting, arts & crafts, or are looking for like-minded people to spend time with, we have a community group here for you to join.
Activities
We have a range of classes for seniors to suit any and all abilities including sessions geared towards Parkinson's. From Pilates with Jo to Chair Yoga with Hannah & Sit Fit with Alison . There's something for everyone.
Wellbeing
We have a range of wellbeing groups to help you navigate life-changing or life-limiting experiences such as cancer, dementia and bereavement.
Home Support
Our team of home support assistants can help you live independently in your own home for as long as possible.
Room Hire
We have two lovely rooms available for hire, perfect for meetings, AGMs, groups, parties and even wakes. We also offer an outside catering service to save you the hassle.
Food
We serve a delicious 3-course sit down lunch 5 days a week, plus full English breakfasts on Saturday mornings.
Care Hub Cafe
The Care Hub Cafe is a warm and welcoming space for you to enjoy a tasty cup of coffee and delicious cakes. We also have 'Chatty Cafe' tables where you can sit and have a natter with our friendly volunteers.
