Repair Cafe Here at the Care Hub

The last Sunday alt month 10am - 1pm from September 2025

The regular repairs they can offer do depend on their volunteer availability but generally every month they can assist with small electrical items (toasters, headphones, hairdryers etc), general household items and sewing repairs for clothes and homewares.

Things like bike fixes and tool sharpening are optional extras and do not run every month so please check before making a special journey.

One of the objectives of the Repair Café is to share the repair skills with the customer so dropping off should please be the exception, rather than the norm and must be limited to one item per person to avoid creating a backlog;  however hopefully this facility will make the project more accessible and inclusive.
