Care Hub hosts various groups

We provide a range of services and activities to support your health and wellbeing. From lunch to pilates, community arts and crafts to boxing for seniors.  There's something here for everyone.

Friendly Arts & Crafts Group

Every Wednesday between 2pm and 4pm

£5 per session

Draw, paint, knit, stitch or simply come along for a chat! This is a friendly group of crafters who like to socialise together and support each other as they pursue their favourite hobbies.

Sing-along Music Session

2nd Thursday of each month, 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Our popular sing-a-long sessions are open to anyone over 55 (along with their relatives or carers). We have song sheets so that you can follow along with the lyrics if you wish to sing, or you can simply come along to enjoy the music and the company.

Quilting Group

1st Friday of each month, 2pm to 4pm

A friendly group of keen quilters who meet once a month to share tips and ideas, and to work on their patchwork and quilting projects. Beginners welcome.

Coffee Mornings

Thursdays 10am and 11.30am

Our Chatty Cafe coffee mornings are always filled with laughter and great conversations; the perfect place to meet or make friends. If you struggle with transport, give us a ring and we'll do our best to pick you up.

Kingsbridge Gardeners’ Club hold their monthly meetings here between September and April. They invite speakers with a range of gardening skills and approaches to each growing space.

Our Thursday Memory Clubs are now well established, very well enjoyed by our regular attendees & there is always room for more to join us! No need to book - just come long for tea & cake!
Whether you are looking for some mental stimulation amongst lively company because you don’t feel quite as sharp as you used to be or are further along your memory loss journey with a formal diagnosis, everyone is welcome, at any stage.
We try to offer a varied, interesting programme with something for all tastes & interests.
